With full supervision, great music and a fun atmosphere, 30 minute classes at Vibrofit mean you can get profound and noticeable results in just 4-6 weeks. Each exercise lasts only up to 1 minute and multiple muscle groups are activated throughout your session resulting in accelerated muscle strength, tone and flexibility. We change our theme weekly to keep you interested and challenge the body in different ways.
With regular training sessions (we recommend only 2-3 per week) you will achieve weight loss, cellulite reduction, increased flexibility & metabolism, improved muscle strength & tone, a slimmer figure and toned bottom.
